培养严格厌氧菌，既要去除氧气，又要在操作中防止氧气进入。可选方案从配合产气袋使用的厌氧罐和厌氧袋，到厌氧培养箱、厌氧工作站和手套箱，后者可以在不接触空气的情况下直接处理平板。请按样本量和处理菌落的频率选型。梭菌检测常用ISO 15213和ISO 7937，药敏试验可参考CLSI M11。
