Factory-direct supply: fabrication, machining, electrical assembly and calibration are done inside our own production system.
Made in Our Own Facilities
Liquid International products are manufactured in our own facilities in China — which means factory-direct pricing, full quality control and the freedom to adapt specifications to your tender.
Our engineers and workshop teams work side by side, so every order is traceable from drawing and prototype to batch production. Factory visits can be arranged (Shanghai), or a live video walk-through of your order in production.

Production & Quality Routine
Every unit goes through these stages before it leaves the factory.
Fabrication & machining
钣金与机加工Frames, benches, enclosures and mechanical parts for trainers and test rigs are cut, formed, welded, machined and powder-coated in-house.
Electrical & electronic assembly
电气与电子装配Control panels, PLC and electronics trainers are wired, labelled and loaded with lab-manual exercises before testing.
Calibration & adjustment
校准与调试Measuring instruments and test machines are calibrated against reference standards; readings are recorded per serial number.
Factory acceptance test
出厂验收测试 (FAT)Each unit runs powered before packing. Buyers can join by live video, or appoint SGS, BV, Intertek or another inspector of their choice.
Export packing
出口包装Fumigation-free plywood cases, moisture barrier and shock-absorbing foam; shipping marks and labels to your instructions.
Documents with every shipment
随货文件English manual, packing list, commercial invoice, test certificate and certificate of origin; Form E or other origin forms on request.
Standards We Build To
Products are designed to Chinese national standards (GB/T), metrology verification regulations (JJG) and international ISO, ASTM and IEC standards; applicable certificates and test reports are supplied with the quotation.
