Are you a factory or a trading company?
Liquid International products are manufactured in our own facilities in China and exported directly by our export team. Factory visits or video tours can be arranged.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products can be ordered from one unit. MOQs for OEM private-label or custom-developed products depend on the product and are stated in the quotation.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on product type and quantity and is written into the quotation and proforma invoice. Complete-lab projects come with a production and shipping schedule.
Can you build to our tender specification?
Yes. Send the tender document or specification sheet and we respond clause by clause, adjusting the configuration where needed.
Can voltage and plugs be changed?
Yes. 220 V / 50 Hz or 110 V / 60 Hz are typical; plug type and manual language follow the destination country.
Can we get a sample?
Samples are available for most instruments. Sample and courier costs are quoted up front and can be credited against a volume order by agreement.
How do you control quality?
Every unit is power-tested and recorded before packing. You can inspect by live video or appoint SGS, BV or another third-party inspector.
Which certificates do you supply?
Certificates and test reports applicable to the product type are supplied with the quotation on request. Tell us which approvals your market requires.
What after-sales support is there?
Spare parts, remote video guidance and technical documents; for large projects, engineers can install and train on site as agreed in the contract.
