Our usual export terms at a glance; the final terms of each order are set in the proforma invoice or contract.
Incoterms We Quote
Based on ICC Incoterms® 2020.

| EXW | Ex Works | You collect from our factory and arrange all transport. |
| FOB | Free On Board | We clear export customs and load at Shanghai / Ningbo; you pay ocean freight and insurance. |
| CFR | Cost & Freight | We book ocean freight to your port; you arrange insurance. |
| CIF | Cost, Insurance & Freight | We book freight and insure the cargo to your port. |
| DAP | Delivered At Place | We deliver to your named place; import clearance and duties are yours. |
Payment, Packing & Documents
Payment
- T/T: usually a deposit with order, balance before shipment
- Irrevocable L/C at sight
- Government and tender projects as per contract
Export packing
- Fumigation-free plywood cases (ISPM 15 compliant)
- Moisture barrier, desiccant and shock foam
- Shipping marks and labels to your instructions
Shipping documents
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading / air waybill
- Certificate of origin (CO, Form E and others)
- Test certificate; third-party inspection report on request
Loading Ports in China
Most orders sail from Shanghai or Ningbo; other ports, or China–Europe rail freight, can be used depending on destination.
