Grinders take pre-crushed or soft materials down to analytical fineness for chemical, elemental or physical testing. Our range includes mortar grinders for gentle homogenizing, cutting grinders for plastics and plant matter, disc grinders for hard minerals, rotor beater units for brittle material and cryogenic grinders for tough or heat-sensitive samples. Fineness can be checked with ISO 3310-1 sieves, and samples can be prepared for digestion under EPA 3050B.
