Flow-through cells keep sink conditions for low-solubility drugs and long-release products where a basket bath struggles. Our systems run open-loop or closed-loop, with cells for tablets, powders, implants and stents, and multi-channel versions that hand samples to HPLC. A retrofit module is also available. Depending on the market, methods cite ChP 0931 in China, JP 6.10 in Japan, Ph. Eur. 2.9.3 in Europe or USP <711> with the USP <1092> development chapter.
