Near-patient clinics, vet practices and field labs without a molecular room can extract inside a sealed cartridge. This instrument runs 1-8 cartridges of 100-1,000 µL in 15-45 min, heating to 100 °C with integrated magnetic capture and eluting 20-100 µL. An optional 2-4 channel real-time PCR module gives sample-to-answer results.
