Chemists characterising new compounds or resins often need oxygen as well as CHNS for a full composition. This analyzer runs CHNS by combustion up to 1150 °C and oxygen by pyrolysis at 1050–1080 °C, using tin or silver capsules on 1–5 mg samples. Oxygen covers 0.1–50% with ≤0.3% RSD on benzoic acid. Mode change is by software valve or tube swap.
