Taking about 30 × 40 cm of bench, this unit delivers 18.2 MΩ·cm at a flow of 0.5 to 1.5 L/min with a 185 nm or 254 nm UV lamp and 0.22 µm final filter, plus a 5–20 L reservoir. Feed from RO or distilled water.
