Sulfur in diesel and lubricants plus quick screening of cement, ores and RoHS samples — this EDXRF does both without wet chemistry. A silicon drift detector at 125–140 eV and a 50 kV, 50 W tube cover Na (or Mg) to U. Sulfur runs from 10 mg/kg to 5 %, with each analysis taking 30–300 s.
