This set adapts an existing machine for fine aggregate, with two 5 L jars charged with 1250 ± 5 g of 9.5 mm balls each. A 500 g sample in 750 mL water runs for 15 min at 100 ± 5 rpm, then is washed on the 75 µm sieve supplied.
