PBMCs, bone marrow and debris-heavy primary samples confuse brightfield counting; dual-fluorescence staining fixes that. This analyzer uses AO/PI with blue and green LEDs over two channels, plus trypan blue in brightfield. It counts 5 × 10⁴–3 × 10⁷ cells/mL from 20 μL in about 30 s, sizes 4–60 μm, with CV typically below 6 %.
