Brazing, soldering and glass sealing depend on how molten material wets a substrate. This system heats to 1600 °C, or 2000 °C as an option, at 1–30 °C/min under vacuum to 10⁻⁴ Pa or in Ar, N₂ or H₂ mixtures. A 5 MP camera with optical filter reads 0–180° to ±1° on substrates up to 25 × 25 mm.
