微量凯氏消解与蒸馏系统
When only 10–100 mg of sample is available, or acid waste must be minimised, the micro-Kjeldahl route makes sense. This system uses 50–100 mL tubes with 1–5 mL acid, digests at up to 400 °C in 20–60 min and distils each sample in 2–4 min. Titrate with a micro-burette or potentiometrically over 0.05–20 mg N.
