Moving observer and floating car studies need target speeds measured while the survey vehicle itself is travelling. This Ka-band unit uses front and rear antennas in stationary or moving mode, reading targets from 5 to 320 km/h to ±1 km/h at patrol speeds of 5–200 km/h. A dash display shows patrol and target speed, powered from the vehicle 12 V supply.
