Biotech production support, trace analysis facilities and semiconductor sites need ultrapure water in volume. This plant combines RO, IX, UV and UF to deliver 200–5,000 L/h up to 18.2 MΩ·cm with a TOC goal below 10 ppb. A 100–2,000 L tank feeds a recirculating ring loop, sanitized by hot water, ozone or chemical. Conductivity, TOC, flow and pressure are monitored.
