For everyday filtration, aspiration and gel drying, an oil-free diaphragm pump is the low-maintenance choice. Built with one or two heads, it moves 5–60 L/min and pulls down to 100–8 mbar; wetted parts are EPDM or PTFE, with continuous duty and less than 60 dB(A). Connect by hose barb or KF 16.
