Trace metal standards and low-blank analysis cannot accept anything leached from glass or metal. With a fused quartz boiler, quartz or borosilicate condenser and external infrared or resistance heating, this still keeps water away from metal and delivers water of 0.1 to 0.5 µS/cm. Output is 0.5–4 L/h at 1–4 kW, water cooled.
