Quantifying transcripts, pathogen load or miRNA calls for fluorescence read every cycle in a closed tube. This system uses a 96 x 0.2 mL block (384-well option) with 2-6 LED channels, excitation 450-680 nm and emission 500-730 nm. Uniformity is ±0.3 °C at 72 °C, ramps reach 4-6 °C per second, and sensitivity is 10-100 copies per reaction.
