Static boats leave powder unevenly heated; a rotating tube keeps every particle moving. This furnace turns at 1–10 rpm with 0–5 degree tilt, feeding 0.1–5 kg/h through a 500–1500 mm heated length up to 1200 C. It suits cathode materials, catalysts and ore roasting.
