Gas adsorption, catalyst pretreatment and permeation testing need a manifold that is leak-tight from vacuum to pressure. This 316L unit has 2–8 stations rated full vacuum to 10 bar, bellows-sealed or ball valves, VCR or compression fittings and helium leak rate below 1 × 10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s. Heating to 200 °C is optional.
