Thin-film mass studies, nanomaterial research and small weight calibration need readability of 0.1 µg. This ultra-microbalance has 2.1–6 g capacity, repeatability of about 0.25–0.5 µg and minimum weight near 0.3–1 mg at 0.1% tolerance. Readings settle in about 10–30 s on a 25–30 mm pan. Calibration is internal and motorised.
