Dissolution labs reading 6–8 vessels at each time point can use a cell changer or fibre probes of 1, 2 or 5 mm path length. Each reading takes about 1–5 s across 190–1100 nm, with a photometric range of –0.3 to 3.0 AU and about ±0.005 AU accuracy at 1 AU.
