Lithium-ion slurries, silicone rubber and hot-melt adhesives need heat, vacuum and kneading together. This mixer combines a jacket heated by thermal oil or water up to 150–200 °C, vacuum to 0.1–5 kPa absolute and double planetary blades in 2–100 L 316L bowls. An optional 3,000 rpm disperser is available. Tell us your batch volume and peak temperature.
