振动分样器
Fine and cohesive powders such as cement, soil and pharmaceuticals feed unevenly by hand, which biases splits. This divider uses a vibratory tray at 50–100 Hz with adjustable amplitude, feeding 1–50 kg/h into 2–16 vessels. Ratios run 1:2 to 1:16 for 0.5–20 kg samples with particles up to 10 mm. Trays are 316 stainless.
