Free lime and magnesia can make hardened cement expand and crack long after it is placed, so soundness is a pass-or-fail item on every cement certificate. We supply split Le Chatelier moulds, a spring tension tester to check the moulds, an expansion measuring frame, and automatic boiling baths in standard and high-capacity sizes. Batch size and how often you verify the moulds decide the package. The kit is built around BS EN 196-3 and the Indian methods IS 4031 (Part 3) and IS 5514.
