A total station measures angles and distances in one setup, so it drives most setting-out, topographic and control work on site. We supply 5-second construction models, 2-second and 1-second reflectorless instruments, Android units with onboard field software, motorised robotic stations and an intrinsically safe version for underground mines. Angle class, reflectorless range and data workflow decide the choice. Field checks are usually run to ISO 17123-3 for angles and ISO 17123-4 for the EDM.
