Feed and food labs measure fibre differently, so choose by the method you report. Relevant methods run from AOAC 2011.25 and AOAC 985.29 for food, through AOAC 991.43, to ISO 16472 for amylase-treated NDF, ISO 6865 for crude fibre in feed, ISO 6541 for agricultural products and ISO 5498.
