Heavy metals, mycotoxins, veterinary residues and process contaminants each call for a different instrument. For elements we offer ICP-MS and AAS; for mycotoxins and animal drug residues, LC-MS/MS; and for compounds formed during processing, a GC-MS/MS platform. Maximum levels come from Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915, with methods such as EPA 6020B and ISO 17294-2 for metals, ISO 16050 and EN 15662 for organics, SANTE/11312/2021 for validation and ISO/IEC 17025 for accreditation.
