Bursting strength remains a core acceptance test for packaging papers, linerboard and corrugated board. We build hydraulic testers for paper and for board, digital units with data output, pneumatic models for tissue and testers for linerboard and fluting. Paper burst follows ISO 2758 or TAPPI T403, board ISO 2759 or TAPPI T810, and tissue ISO 12625-11.

How to specify
- Paper and board ranges need different diaphragms and clamping heads.
- Check clamping pressure control to avoid slipping specimens.
- Tissue is too weak for hydraulic testers; use a pneumatic model.
