AF4-MALS 纳米颗粒分离分析系统
Polydisperse samples such as lipid nanoparticles, AAV preparations and protein aggregates need physical separation before sizing. This AF4 system fractionates 1 nm to 1 µm by programmable cross-flow up to 5 mL/min, then measures each fraction with an 18-angle MALS detector at 659 nm. UV-Vis and dRI are standard, DLS optional. Membranes come in 1–30 kDa cut-offs.
