This nano flow cytometer detects particles of roughly 40–1000 nm by scatter, with a 488 nm laser plus 561 or 640 nm and 2–4 fluorescence channels. It analyses up to 10,000 events per second at 0.3–5 µL/min. Use 0.1 µm filtered PBS as sheath fluid.
