Dissolving solids fast and preparing agar or media evenly depend on uniform heat spread. This aluminum-top unit holds ±3 °C across the plate at 100 °C, reaches 280–380 °C, and stirs 10–20 L at 100–1,500 rpm. Plates are anodized or coated, 135–200 mm, and accept heating blocks for small flasks.
