Ceramic-Top Hotplate Stirrer

Acids, bases and organic solvents attack metal plates; a glass-ceramic top shrugs them off. This hotplate stirrer heats to 500 °C with 600–1,000 W, stirs 100–1,500 rpm and up to 10 L. With an external probe, accuracy is ±1 °C, and an independent safety cut-out is fixed or adjustable. Plates are 135–180 mm.
