Measuring CTE, softening points and film shrinkage on one instrument saves bench space. This benchtop TMA resolves 1 nm displacement over ±5 mm, with loads programmable within 0.001–5 N. Switch between bending, tension, penetration, compression and expansion modes. Range is −150 to 1000 °C depending on cooling, with silica, alumina or quartz probes.
