Packaging films, battery separators and single fibres need very small forces and fine displacement control. This DMA resolves 0.001 N and 1 nm, testing specimens from 10 µm to 1 mm thick over a 5–20 mm free length. Temperature spans −150 to 300 °C at 0.01–100 Hz. A humidity option is available alongside the dry nitrogen purge.
