Production fermentation in pharma, enzymes, beverages or wastewater starts with a well-built jacketed tank. We fabricate 500–50,000 L vessels with a 316L inner shell, Ra below 0.8 µm on product contact, and zoned, dimpled or half-pipe jackets. Design pressure is 0.2–0.4 MPa for the vessel and 0.3–0.6 MPa for the jacket.
