Coatings, wafers, ceramic pellets and low-area crystals have too little surface for nitrogen BET. Using krypton at 77 K with 1 and 10 torr transducers, this analyzer measures down to 0.05 m² total area and 0.001–20 m²/g. Repeatability is within 4% RSD at 0.1 m². Choose 1 or 2 analysis ports depending on throughput.
