Wheel tracking slabs and fatigue beams need one consistent batch larger than a small mixer can make. This twin-shaft mixer takes 50 L or about 30 kg with aggregate up to 40 mm, heating to 220 °C at ± 2 °C. A pneumatic bottom door discharges the batch, and the PLC touchscreen stores mixing recipes.
