磁珠法核酸提取仪
For blood, swabs, tissue or plant material heading to qPCR, this benchtop extractor processes 1–32 samples of 200–1,000 µL per run. Magnetic rods collect silica-coated beads through lysis at up to 95 °C, eluting in 50–100 µL in about 20–60 min. A built-in UV lamp decontaminates between runs; typical yield is 2–20 µg DNA from 200 µL whole blood.
