Inkjet, spray and cleaning formulations wet new surfaces within milliseconds, so equilibrium values say little about real performance. This bubble pressure tensiometer measures surface ages of 5 ms to 100 s using a 0.1–0.3 mm capillary and 0–10 kPa sensor. Range is 10–100 mN/m at ±0.1 mN/m accuracy. Samples need 20–50 mL at 5–80 °C.
