Phase analysis light scattering with field reversal resolves mobility down to 0.005 µm·cm/V·s while applying a gentle 5–20 V/cm field that limits sample heating. Conductivity up to 200 mS/cm is accepted. Specify a 633 nm or 660 nm laser.
