红细胞裂解试剂
Red cells must come out of marrow, cord and whole blood samples before acquisition. Choose ammonium chloride lysis with a wash step, or lyse-fix with formaldehyde for no-wash workflows that stay stable up to 24 hours. Lysis takes 10–15 minutes at room temperature at a 1:10 to 1:20 ratio. Bottles of 100 mL, 500 mL and 1 L.
