Labs preparing panels in standard 12 × 75 mm tubes can run them unattended with a carousel. Choose 12, 24 or 40 positions; adapters take 1.5 mL tubes. Each tube is mixed before sampling, carry-over is below 0.5%, and the loader connects to the cytometer PC by USB or RS-232. Barcode identification is optional.
