Cell therapy and stem cell teams expanding fragile cells prefer the gentle wave of a rocking bag. Platforms take 0.1–500 L bags of gas-permeable film, rocking at 2–12 degrees and 2–40 rocks per minute. Bags are gamma irradiated, and single-use pH and DO sensors can be added.
