Jacking pits and tunnel headings need a fixed reference beam on the wall that the shield or drill operator can steer to. This guidance laser projects a spot about 15 mm wide at 100 m, up to 500 m, from a wall bracket with ±5° fine adjustment. It runs continuously on 12–24 V DC in an IP65 housing.
