Two-Bed Deionizer

双床去离子器

Bulk deionization before polishing is most economical with separate cation and anion columns. This two-bed unit flows 5–100 L/min at 1–10 MΩ·cm, treating 2,000–100,000 L per cycle before HCl and NaOH regeneration. Vessels are FRP or stainless with conductivity alarm. A carbon or RO stage upstream is recommended.
