Pathology, FISH and immunofluorescence labs working on slides need an upright fluorescence stand with good semi-apochromat optics. This microscope carries DAPI, FITC and TRITC cubes in a 4-position turret, lit by a 100 W mercury lamp or LED. Objectives are 10×–100× semi-apochromats, and a C-mount port accepts a camera. Transmitted light is included.
