Francis turbines cover the medium-head range where most of the world's large hydropower is produced, so they are central to any hydraulic machines course. We make a bench-top module with adjustable guide vanes, a floor rig with rope brake, a digital rig with eddy-current dynamometer, a clear draft tube rig for cavitation study and a closed-loop research stand. Head, output and the guide vane positions you plan to test decide the right unit. Our procedures follow IEC 60193 for model tests, with IEC 62006 useful for small-hydro acceptance work.
