Reciprocating pumps teach positive displacement, slip and the role of air vessels in smoothing a pulsing flow. We offer a bench-top demonstrator with a clear cylinder, single-acting and double-acting floor rigs, a digital rig that draws p–V indicator diagrams and a triplex plunger rig for research. Stroke rate, delivery pressure and whether you want indicator diagrams will decide the model. Our rigs are designed with reference to ISO 13710, and flow is checked by weighing to ISO 4185.
